Engineering Services

Our Engineering practices are focused on the pragmatic goals of product development such as reliability, quality, dimensional details, engineering materials, tooling, ergonomics and aesthetics. We Design for Manufacturing (DFM) a process of designing parts, components or products for the ease of manufacturing. This process provides an end goal of constant product improvement while reducing the cost of manufacturing, i.e., this is achieved by simplifying, optimizing and refining the elements of the product design.

CNC Solutions, Inc. provides design engineering services for mechanical components, point of sale products, linear and rotary drives and actuator assemblies, downstream and inline processing equipment for cooling and performing progressive secondary operations, retrofit subassemblies, gravity fed pick and place vacuum transfer systems, ultrasonic welding systems used for plastic processing. Custom automated machines and machine systems for plastics manufacturing, e.g., rotary die cutting machines, gantry fed line, transfer, and progressive compound die set stamping production manufacturing equipment.

We make ideas a reality by assisting entrepreneurs and inventors design and develop products that are intended for resale. We provide the conceptual design (ideating an initial concept) the preliminary design (creating an initial CAD model), perform a design review (a collaborative effort to review design constraints, fit form and function, aesthetics, etc.) and finally the design release (blueprint creation for manufacturing).
