CNC Solutions was established in 2001 to manufacture miniature parts used in the repair and reassembly of medical equipment. This was an effort to eliminate a bottleneck in the acquisition of endoscopy replacement parts. Our unique methods of upfront engineering practices provide us with the ability to replicate a manufacturing process with the exact same level of quality repeatedly and consistently without waiver or compromise. Our customers are most pleased with the CNC Solutions approach to repeatability.

We are a full service design and manufacturing facility equipped with state of the art CNC machine tools and CAD/CAM software. This enables us to produce complex designed components and provide parts in a wide variety of materials and configurations, within a timely and cost effective fashion. Utilizing blueprints, solid CAD models provided by customers, reverse engineer from existing components, or provide engineering CAD models from conceptual ideology. Our wide and diverse collection of capabilities provides us with the ability to design and manufacture from simple to extremely complex parts with unparalleled precision for the medical and aerospace technologies.

CNC Solutions, Inc. registered in 2015 with the U.S. Government’s System for Award Management (SAM) as an official contractor for the Department of Defense (DOD). Our US Department of Defense CAGE Code is 6EM1901. Since 2017 we have been providing reverse engineering and manufacturing services for Prime Contractors and Teaming Partners registered with SAM.
